2. Eligibility

This website is exclusively for employees of the Government of Nagaland (In Service and Pensioners). Only authorized employees with a valid Employee / PIMS Number are eligible to register and apply for a Government ID card through this platform.

3. Registration and User Responsibilities

  1. Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your Employee Code and personal details. Inaccurate or false information may result in the rejection of your ID card application or potential legal action.
  2. Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
  3. Changes to Information: It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date. Any changes to your personal or employment details should be updated promptly on the website.

5. Issuance of ID Cards

Upon successful registration and payment, the ID card will be processed and issued to the employee through the NODAL OFFICER within the stipulated time frame. The time for issuance may vary due to administrative processes or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Authentication

Verifying authorities may note that the Government Identity card will have a QR code which can be scanned by concerned authorities to verify that the employee is holding a valid and current Identity card. On reissue of a card the previous card will be deactivated and considered invalid.

The Department of P&AR, Government of Nagaland reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the website for any employee who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauhati High Court Bench, Kohima, Nagaland.
